Mailing lists allows Board members to keep in touch with you regarding important team information and notices. Your e-mail will be used for communication regarding team activities only and will be kept strictly private.
If you provided an e-mail address with your registration, you will be subscribed to the Elk Grove Piranhas 'Swimmers and Families' mailing list once your registration has been processed. You must provide an e-mail address each season with registration even if you are a returning member and you have not changed your e-mail from the previous year.
Once you have been subscribed, you will receive a 'Welcome' e-mail with important information about the list and access to secure areas of the website. Please keep this e-mail for reference throughout the season.
If you mailed your registration after Registration Night, it will take a while to process your packet. Please do not send an "Add" request unless at least two weeks have passed and you have not received a "Welcome" message at your registered e-mail address.
Be sure to add the 'swimmers@elkgrovepiranhas.com' e-mail and/or the 'elkgrovepiranhas.com' domain to your approved senders list and check your Junk Mail folder before assuming that you have not been successfully added. Note that if you are using a business address, you may need to contact your IT department to have the above e-mail and/or domain unblocked.
If you were receiving team mailings and they suddenly stopped, this means that the automated mail system is no longer able to deliver mail to your address. If this happens, your address will be inactivated. Please contact your provider to identify and resolve the problem first.
Once you have checked or resolved all the issues above, please see the next section to subscribe or reset your e-mail address.
Also, please remember that even if you are having problems with receiving e-mail notices from the team, information sent to the e-mail list is available on the website 24/7, usually within 24 hours of the notice being sent. Visit the Breaking News page for a list of updates and notices.
Please use the link below and include the following information:
- Your first and last name as listed on your Registration
- The name of your swimmers
- The action you would like taken: reset, change, or subscribe
- Your current e-mail address and any new addresses if applicable
