E-mail Instructions

 

If you mailed your registration after Registration Night, it will take a while to process your packet.  Please do not send an "Add" request unless at least two weeks have passed, and you have not received a "Welcome" message at your registered e-mail address.  Also, be sure to add 'elkgrovepiranhas.com' to your approved senders list, and check your junk mail folder before assuming that you have not been successfully added.

Please note that if your are using a business address, you may need to contact your IT department to have elkgrovepiranhas.com unblocked.  Also, free accounts, such as those from AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. often have trouble receiving from mailing lists.  There is nothing we can do to resolve this problem from our end.  If you have one of these accounts, and you have not been receiving e-mail notices from the team, you will have to contact the provider to try and resolve your e-mail issues.  Please do not contact the webmaster with a request to reset your e-mail until after you have unblocked our domain as it will have no effect.

Use the link below to change the e-mail address to which team notices and information are sent or to add e-mails to your subscription once you have resolved any of the above issues that apply.   If you send your request from the address you currently have registered with the team, no further verification will be necessary.  However, if you send your request from another e-mail address, please include the following so that we may verify your membership:

  • Your first and last name
  • The name of your swimmer(s)
  • Your old e-mail address, if applicable

Also, please be clear as to whether you want to replace your old address or add an additional one.
