Season Kick-off*

Our Season Kick-Off is tonight, 7:00-8:30pm, at Foulks Ranch Elementary School, 6211 Laguna Park Drive. (Map available on the Calendar page.) All returning and new swimmer's parents should plan to attend.

Additionally, we will:

• have new team suit fittings and orders from 6:30pm until 7:00pm only (checks and credit/debit cards accepted)
• sell our June 22nd Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament tickets from 6:30pm-7:00pm (checks and credit/debit cards accepted)
• sell our Entertainment Discount Cards ($10 each; each family expected to buy or sell two cards)

Team Suit Fitting Tonight*

We will have another New Team Suit fitting and ordering night at the pool tonight, Monday, March 19th, from 5:30-7:30pm. Please see the Registration page for style and pricing information.

Team Suits/Fitting/Ordering*

2012 Team suit images and pricing have been posted to the Registration page. We will have New Team Suit fittings and ordering at the pool on Tuesday, March 13th, from 5:00-7:00pm. Prices are:

• Female Suits $49.95
• Male Jammer $39.95
• Male Brief $32.95

Another day for fittings and ordering will be scheduled next week. Please check back for details.

Season Kick-Off Reminder*

Our Season Kick-Off is rapidly approaching on Thursday, March 22nd, 7:00-8:30pm at Foulks Ranch Elementary School (6211 Laguna Park Drive). All returning and new swimmer's parents should plan to attend. The Piranhas Board of Directors has been active in the off-season and we have many new events and opportunities this season. We'll share all the details at the Season Kick-Off along with some words from Coach Brenda.

Registration Update

The 9/10 Boys and High School Swimmer age groups are the only groups that are still taking Registration for the 2012 Season. All other age groups are now closed. Please see the Registration page for details.

Swim Clinic Mailing List

The mailing list for the March Stroke and Turn Clinic has been created. It will be used to communicate important information about the Clinic to swimmers and families. If you signed up, but are not receiving Clinic mailings, please visit the Parent's Page and click on the 'E-Mail Help' link in the menu near the top of the page for more information on how to resolve e-mail issues.

March Stroke and Turn Clinic

Registration is now open to all swimmers for the March Stroke and Turn Clinic. This is a great opportunity to refresh and polish skills for the upcoming season. Visit the Registration page for forms and details.

Registration Reminder*

Just a reminder, Registration Night for returning swimmers and their siblings is this Sunday, January 15th, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Old Town Pizza. Registration forms can be found on the Registration page. Map links are available on the Calendar page.

As an additional fundraiser for the Piranhas, we'll have our team trailer on-site; so, bring your plastic, cans and bottles for recycling.

Also, new swimmer Registration Night will be Thursday, February 2nd, 7:00-8:30pm at Foulks Ranch Elementary School.

Piranha Wear Gifts/Clinics/Registration Reminders*

• Piranha-wear makes great gifts for the swimmer in your family. We will be selling Piranha-wear on Tuesday, 12/13, and Wednesday, 12/14, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm on the pool deck at Wackford.
• We have one more clinic in January before our 2012 recreational swim season begins. This is a great way to get a jump on conditioning and technique before the start of the season. Details are available in the Clinics section of the Registration page, and registration is currently taking place through CSD online and at the front desk at Wackford.
• Registration Night for returning swimmers and their siblings is Sunday, 1/15/12, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Old Town Pizzeria. (Note the updated times.)
• New swimmer registration night will be Thursday 2/2/12 7:00pm-8:30pm at Foulks Ranch Elementary School.

Piranhas Go Green for the Team*

Happy Holidays!

This year the Piranhas are going green. We are starting a recycling program. With the cost of everything going up, the team is looking into different ways to raise funds without passing the rising costs on to the families. Recycling is one way for the team to achieve this goal and help the environment at the same time.

Did you know, recycling just one aluminum can saves enough energy to power a TV for 3 hours, plastic trash thrown into the water kills over 1 million creatures every year, and the energy saved from one recycled glass bottle will run a 100 watt light bulb for 4 years.

This holiday season we are asking our team members to save all their recyclable bottles and cans, and we will arrange to have them picked up and recycled. All we ask is that you separate the cans, plastic and glass. We will do the rest.

Have family and friends also save their bottles and cans. By recycling we are helping both the team and the environment.
